I need to be at 5151 Wisconsin Ave in NW tomorrow at 8AM. What time should I leave my house (can't be late!) and should I drive to a metro, park and ride?

I would leave around 615 and I would use the metro unless you know where there is parking in the area. I hate trying to find parking in the city during the week.

Yes. You aren't going to save much time on Metro, and Monday morning is better than average. You will need to exit DTR at 123 and take that to the GWP. (Although I suppose if its far enough north, it might be faster to go around the Beltway to the Legion bridge and enter in from the Maryland side.)

Also--it be a little PITA, but that early there is plenty of parking in the city--every other building has a garage. Its expensive, but...

I just sent you a PM. I work close to there. Don't take the Metro it will take forever. I emailed you the directions I would take. 5151 Wisconsin is in Friendship Heights and you really won't be driving through the city.
