So is anyone planning anything festive for St. Patrick's Day?
Evergreen
My daughter is turning 4. She is my little shamrock. Having her first friend party on Saturday.

We are going to the DC parade this Sunday. On the day I will be making corned beef and partying with Riley and Veronica ("partying" = probably going to Wegmans or Target, and listening to traditional music all day; we've come a long way from the debauchery of past years, particularly the party that landed me in the emergency room!) We have to drive down to Charleston the next morning, so no craziness for us.

The only party at our house since August 2008 included "My First Birthday" bibs. I am hoping that this summer we can try to improve on that.

I plan on reconciling my lack of partying with first birthday bibs at a big bash this summer.

I am going to wear green and pretend I like my boss.

That party still goes down as one of the best in history. How I long for the days of a certain someone dancing the jig. Although your trip to the ER did suck, in the end, don't you think it was worth it? wink2.gif
