Just like we have 'upscale shopping' and a Barnes & Noble. Really? You believe this? Dang.

I read
this article in the Independent tonight:
QUOTE
Developers behind the proposed Kincora community of homes, shops and offices slated for 400 acres at the Routes 7 and 28 interchange revealed Tuesday that they intend to include a “specialty” grocery store in their project. At 60,000 square feet, the store would be roughly half the size of a Giant or Safeway store, said John McGranahan, an attorney for the developers. He also said the store would cater to workers and residents of Kincora’s 1,400 homes, but likely would not be a place where residents do the bulk of their shopping.
In the grocery business, “specialty” often refers to stores that sell items not found in traditional grocers or to smaller stores, like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, both of which do not have locations in Loudoun.
"They are certainly on our list," said Michael Scott, one of Kincora's developers, adding that his brokers are speaking with several potential tenants.
