I'm at work (the big campus over on Loudoun County), and a few co-workers asked if I knew of anywhere that still had shovels.
I'm assuming the standard places like Home Depot are out, but any sightings at the grocery stores or Walgreens?
Thanks!

As of yesterday afternoon, Home Depot Reston had just gotten a shipment in. Don't know about today.

I went to Tart Lumber in Sterling this morning and bought two. They are the real cheap $9 ones but anything is better than my broken one. I'm not sure if they have any more but it may be worth a shot.
By the way, they are much better to deal with than the people that work at Home Depot and Lowe's. I went there a few weeks ago in search of a new cabinet hinge and they were VERY helpful.

I just left the Ashburn Giant (over by Home Depot) and they had a nice supply of the bigger, bright orange (plastic) shovels. There were half a dozen people walking around with them poking out of their carts so they'll probably sell quickly, but hopefully that's an option for you! Good luck!
