I got an email from HOA.

"Thank you for writing with your concern. We will add this to our list of mailbox concerns that need to be assessed. If it is determined your box was damaged by snow removal equipment, we will address that as appropriate. If your mailbox was damaged as a result of the force of the storm, it will be your responsibility to repair/replace."

Hope this message clarify to all of us.
