Just wanted to let everyone know we have a parking committee meeting tonight at 7pm at the 'Bou. All are welcome to attend. There are two (possibly three) open spots to be on the committee. If you're interested, stop by. If you can't make it, PM for more information.

Also, there is a March newsletter out. You can find it near your mailboxes or in the office. All of the committees are looking for volunteers. Time requirements are very low, so please don't let your schedules be a deterrent. Again, if you'd like further information, just PM me.

Hey, sorry for the delay!

The committee has put together a survey to get a better feel of the parking within Summerfield. We're hoping the board will approve the survey, and if they do, the survey will begin sometime in the beginning of April, with a two week run. If the board recommends changes it'll go back to the committee and we'll hopefully then have it out in the beginning of May.

Just as a reminder, the next board meeting is THIS Thursday at 7pm in the clubhouse. There is an owner's open forum in the beginning of the meeting at which time residents can discuss ideas, concerns, etc.

Also, all of the committees are still in need of volunteers. It really only requires a couple of hours (if that) each month. The more residents who get involved, the better the community will be! (I know that sounded totally hokie, but it is true.)
