Deck Recommendation Options

I just wanted to take a quick minute to give a recommendation. Blue Moon Construction (JK Ronay) built our 16x20 deck. It looks great, we are extremely pleased with how it turned out. JK and his crew were very accommodating throughout the process. We made a size change to the deck after the project was started and it was no problem for them to change it. JK himself is extremely friendly and responsive. We gave him a budget prior to starting the project and he was sure that we stayed within it. One other thing, he has checked back in with us to be sure things are still good and sound and there have been no problems, I don't know that you see that too often. He also guided us on when it could or should be sealed and/or stained if we desire which was great for us as first time home owners. We intend to use Blue Moon for other projects as necessary as not only is he local to Brambleton, he takes pride in the work and in the company, and finally in his community. oh, you took care of us all right, made my husband cry with your beautiful computer generated mock up of what our barren, cobwebby basement COULD look like. you impressed him with professionalism and great understanding of exactly what his vision was, then twisting it into something even BETTER. now i have to pay or a basement AND a therapist... thanks. if he knocks off a bank to get this basement- you have yourself to blame.
