Trying to Set up Neighborhood Watch

For all Residents of the Centex Phase One Town Homes in Brambleton- We need to get together and start our own "Watch" in the neighborhood. Many of us have seen incidents lately that are surprising and would never have throught that they would happen here.

My husband and I have children, want to keep them safe as well as keep our neighbors safe and it is a bit disturbing to see police activity over here on a constant basis.
